Ascent Med Booking, Cancellation &
No-Show Policy
We know your time is valuable, and we strive to make every visit with us a positive experience. Our scheduling and cancellation policies allow us to honor your appointment, protect access for other patients, and maintain the high standards of safety and service that guide everything we do at Ascent Medical Spa & Wellness.
Consultation Requirement
A consultation is required before scheduling any treatment. This ensures your safety, allows us to determine eligibility, and helps us design a personalized plan for your goals.
A consultation with our physician requires a nonrefundable $50 deposit. This deposit can be applied to any treatment or product within one week of the consultation.
Cancellation Courtesy
We request the courtesy of a minimum of 24-hour advance notice for all appointment cancellations or changes, including consultations.
Late Cancellations & No-Show Fees
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or not attended (no-show) will incur the following fees:
- Consultations: $50 fee
- All Other Services: 20% of the scheduled service
These fees help us reserve time and resources for each patient.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to enjoy the full experience of your service. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may receive a shortened appointment or be asked to reschedule. In such cases, cancellation fees may apply.
Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure all appointments and to enforce our cancellation and no-show policy.
Online Booking Agreement
By booking an appointment you acknowledge and agree to all terms of Ascent Med’s cancellation and no-show policy. This applies to appointments booked online, by phone, or in-person.
Illness & Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and illness happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unwell or experiencing an urgent situation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Appointment Reminders
Ascent Med provides text and/or email reminders as a courtesy. However, it is the patient’s responsibility to remember their appointment date and time.
